Vespi is

reach. Laurel knows that it is indeed possible to

Laurel’s areas of
expertise include integrated whole life balance,
reconnecting body-mind-spirit, self-leadership and team
development. Clients appreciate Laurel’s ability to cut
through the smoke screens and get to the heart of the
matter. Drawing not only on her experience and
training, Laurel also relies on her intuition and sense
of humour to help clients make the seemingly impossible
happen. It is the powerful partnership that she is able

edge of their boundaries, identify and eliminate
obstacles and design their own solutions. Laurel had a

A certified
professional life coach, Laurel brings to her clients
twenty-five years experience as an educator, consultant
and group facilitator. She is an accomplished public
speaker and writer, and the co-author of Create a
Ripple: Making a World of Difference. Laurel holds
a Masters of Education degree and is a Certified
Professional Co-Active Coach, who completed her training
through the highly regarded Coaches Training Institute.
Laurel has advanced training in Organization and
Relationship Systems Coaching and is a credentialed
member of the International Coach Federation.
