Who am I ?
I am a very determined person who has always followed
through with her objectives. I hate ‘what if’s
and ‘if only’s, so I’ve always given my best and
gone forward, despite fears and uncertainties. I prefer
being disappointed with a result than regretting not
having tried and wondering indefinitely about what might
have been. Hence, the inspiration behind the name of my
practice ‘No Regrets Coaching’.
MY goal is to help young professionals LIVE
their lives, and do it in a way which is directly
related to their values and dreams, so they too, will
have no regrets when looking back.
What are my
qualifications and experience ?
I’ve always been fascinated by human behaviour. As a
result, I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
and a Master of Education in Educational Counselling.
My initial experiences were in personal counselling and
opportunity led me to pursue another interest: Career
counselling. I’ve worked with a variety of clients
including adolescents, adults, families, immigrants,
etc.
I discovered coaching as a profession during a
counselling conference and was immediately attracted to
its positive, action-oriented approach. I then enrolled
in an ICF(International Coach
Federation) Accredited Coach Training
Program (ACTP) at Coaching de Gestion.
I’ve also received some training to work with singles
from the Relationship Coaching Institute
and the Coach Training Alliance.
Overall, I’ve been helping people make changes in
their lives and pursue their goals for almost ten years.

efficiently than you ever thought possible.

My services are available in French and English, in
person or by telephone.
