Sophie
Cousins-Mathewson is president of Prism Group
International, a performance improvement firm. Prism
Group International delivers leadership development,
performance enhancement, high performance team building,
as well as organizational and behavioural assessments to
the, not-for-profit, private and public sectors as well
as to individuals. Sophie works with evolving managers,
entrepreneurs and private individuals as well as credit
unions. Delivery formats include: one-on-ones [in person
or by phone], lunch n’ learns, group coaching, seminars
and workshops.
Sophie has completed courses at two
intensive International Coach Federation accredited
coach training institutions, The Coaches Training
Institute and Corporate Coach U, making her one of a
handful of such highly qualified coaches in Ontario.
Sophie is also certified as a Professional Behavioural
Analyst, a Professional Values Analyst and an Attribute
Index Analyst and has a full cadre of assessments and
training workshops to suit individual client needs
through her association with Target Training
International, a leader in the assessment industry.
Sophie works with her clients to
help them accomplish greater goals more quickly.
Sophie’s clients benefit from her expertise in the
values arena particularly in articulating their personal
values, developing personal mission and vision
statements and then connecting this to their
professional lives.

Sophie’s career path has been an
evolution. After graduating from Ryerson University with
a BAA, Sophie went on to 13-years as a loan manager in a
credit union, Sophie then started her own service
business which she owned an operated for the next 13
years and positioned as top-of-mind in her community.
Aside from her career history, Sophie is a well-known
