In addition, we have to be top performers in all areas of our lives, professionally and personally! Establishing and reaching our goals, setting a plan of action and being accountable to it is definitely no easy feat.

Patrick Rhein is passionate about the search for excellence and fulfillment, always fascinated by humans and is devoting his life to helping promote optimum performance and the development of potential in people and corporations.

Born in Switzerland, he graduated in business management and marketing. He continued to develop his career in Human Resources and graduated in that field as a career counselor. He practiced a combination of these careers all over Europe, Asia and Canada. He is a world traveler and has lived in 8 different countries on 4 different continents. This international experience has given him a great understanding of the dynamics of today's changing business environment and the role of the individual within the business and in their personal lives.

He has facilitated many motivational, communication skills, sales, emotional intelligence, pleasurology, business, personal development and career orientation workshops.

Patrick upgraded his knowledge with special training in Emotional Intelligence and has become a certified instructor. The corporation he qualified from is the Emotional Intelligence Development Corporation in Montreal.

With continuing education, he achieved his coaching certificate with The Coaches Training Institute of San Rafael, USA as a Co-Active Coach. He is currently a member of the International Coach Federation and the Co-active Coaches Association.
