Marcia Dorfman brings to her
clients more than 25 years of experience as a consultant
in change management, facilitator in management
development programs, part-time university instructor in
organizational behaviour, senior manager in a provincial
government, and five years of professional coaching.
Her clients know that she is fiercely
committed to their discovery, expansion and achievement.
And they appreciate her directness, clarity, humour, and
her understanding of the world in which they live and
work. Marcia has worked with business executives in
government, private sector organizations and non-profit
agencies, with lawyers, engineers, architects,
comptrollers, and dentists. In both one-on-one coaching
and management team development, she helps her clients
articulate and focus on their dreams, their goals, their
priorities and their possibilities, as well as learn new
ways to bring out the absolute best in themselves and
others.
Marcia’s Passion: Throughout her career, and
in her life, Marcia’s focus has been on facilitating the
learning and growth of others. At the same time, she has
been on a never-ending journey of personal growth which
enables her to bring more awareness, more skill, more
knowledge, more tools, and more heart to her coaching
clients.
