Maureen Clarke,
B.A., M.A. in Leadership & Training, ACC
 Maureen Clarke is a Certified Professional Co-Active
Coach specializing in the areas of women in leadership
and return to work transition, often post-maternity
leave. As a coach, the clients she serves are working
women in varying roles in organizations who have young
children. She has her Masters Degree in Leadership and
spent 12 years in the area of Education & Development
for Johnson & Johnson. Over the past 6 years, Maureen
has been living the life of many of her clients as a
working mother of two young children integrating the
needs of a young family with her love and commitment to
her work.
The Blueprint Group was founded based on the premise
that women who have young children want to work, and
that organizations want to retain this talent. The
Blueprint Group’s mission is to improve organizational
performance by developing practices that tap into the
female talent pool. As a result of this work there is a
positive impact on generation of women seeking life and
work integration strategies, but also on the bottom line
of the organizations in which they are employed.

Maureen works within organizations consulting on absence
management strategy, customized return to work
programs. Maureen also presents at large national
wellness conferences and serves the parenting community
directly through community based workshops, written
articles and public speaking. Maureen holds an
undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon, a
Masters Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University
and is a credentialed Associate Certified Coach by the
international Coach Federation.
