My professional background includes many aspects of personal and professional development from teaching Mathematics in high schools, running projects to create extraordinary results in organizations, to assisting people in their own personal development and healing – a spiritual architecture of mind, body and soul through the interconnection of NLP, Reiki and Acupressure.

My personal journey of conscious personal development began almost 20 years ago and has taken me to many exciting (and sometimes scary) places.

I coach personal life and professional development. I will even help you your tennis or golf game – having originally trained as a coach with Tim Gallwey, author of “The Inner Game” books.

I also run workshops on a variety of topics including NLP, Purposeful Parenting, Effective Communication, Personal Transformation & Reiki for Children. I am a Certified Trainer and Consultant in the much acclaimed communication approach Words That Change Minds.

I believe effective coaching starts with a bond of trust between coach and client. Each coach is different and it is important to find the one who works well for you. I offer a complimentary initial consultation and coaching session.
