”There are a million reasons to hire a coach. But there is one that is universally urgent – the harsh (thrilling) reality of the talent-based economy.   If you are not (RIGHT NOW) using your talents to add value to some person, project, or company, you are in danger of becoming economically extinct.”  Source:  www.Coachville.com

Barbra Sundquist MPA, IAC-CC,  Corporate and Mentor Coach

Barbra Sundquist is corporate and mentor coach specializing in leadership, communication and creativity.

Drawing on her 20 years experience in human resource management consulting, Barbra provides a objective sounding board along with practical tools and systems for success. She has been described by clients and colleagues as "focused, wise, and masterful in her understanding and use of coaching models - a real inspiration”.

About her philosophy, Barbra says: “I used to think that there was "work life" and "personal life" but I've recently concluded that there isn't a lot of difference between them – whether we are talking family, workplace, or community, in the end it all comes down to the same thing: human relationships. That's why I love being a coach. I can help people understand themselves and the people they interact with, with the ultimate goal of a more peaceful world.” In addition to her coach training, Barbra has an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Public Administration, and a diploma in Visual Arts.
